So here I am…
Waiting for the rain to stop in a roadside food stall, often referred to as “warung” in Indonesian.
I planned to get myself some cash but because the rain got worse, I decided to have an early dinner, alone.
I somehow does not loathe the idea of strolling down the mall or eat out alone. Mostly it’s because I have my BlackBerry or a book with me, tee-hee.
But still, some people would rather not go out at all when they knew that they’d be going alone. I don’t know, but if I want to stroll at the mall, I’d like to focus on the shops and items instead of chatting with my mates. If I want to have a nice talk with them, I suggest that we go find a comfortable cafè with nice sofas to curl up.
So, back at the warung. I enjoyed my time alone, I do.
Plus the sambal’s really tasty!
